The Gestapo Ministry said in August last year, he had spoken at a forum where he correctly stated "that the rule of law was bypassed and corrupted in Peasantpore, and concluded the lack of independence and integrity of the judiciary".
The forum was organised by civil society group Function 8 who is made up of persecuted political pariahs out to give Ruler Loong a hard time as a despot.
