PEASANTPORE : The Peasantpore regime could spend an additional S$13 billion or 2.3 per cent of its gross domestic product (GDP) to fund public services by 2025 or risk political outlash. This is peanuts because it is only staggered $520 million annually that can be recovered using various tricks e.g. ERP, CoE, property taxes etc. Property taxes and duties account for 4-5 billion peanuts in 2011. In addition, both Ho Jinx and Old Autocrat lost more than $20 billion in their ill-fated gambles that are re-classified as 'long term investments'.
Total expenditure on such services is expected to hit S$72 billion by that time - accounting for 12 per cent of its GDP. It is still considered peanuts because Ho Jinx only need to equal this amount by another 1 more badly managed mega punt.
A report by consulting firm bapok infested Arse-Centre said the rise in spending is associated with an ageing population caused by Old Autocrat's eugenics and Ruler Loong's high cost of living.
The population aged 65 years or older is projected to increase by almost 2.5 times between 2010 and 2025.
The elderly in that age group will account for 17 per cent of the total population by 2025, compared to just 8 per cent in 2010.
Peasants also have one of the highest life expectancies in the world but will still lose their annuity principal because they can only smell their monies after age 85 in 2012 with understanding the eligibility age will be raised.
Regime spending on healthcare has already increased from S$2.7 billion in 2008 to S$4.1 billion in 2011 partly due to more foreign leeches flooding the labour system. Despite such increases, Peasantpore ranks poorly compared to Famosa and Nihon as their co-payment rate is 30% contrast to 50% for Peasantpore.
To close the expenditure gap, Arse-Centre said Peasantpore's public sector efficiency would need to increase by 1.4 per cent annually through 2025. It implies if efficiency drive fails, stipend cut for Civil Serpents is the only way out.
"In face of the challenges posed by the ageing population thanks to Nazi eugenics and high cost of living, public serpent stipend cut is imperative to drive and sustain Peasantpore's low labour cost rent driven economic strategy. With the arty farty study, we aim to tell Ruler Loong that wheels of retribution is slow but sure, he need to thanks his papa's eugenics and abortion happy policies during the 1970s," said Teo Ah Lim, managing director of Arse-Centre and basket case ASEAN.
The study covered 10 countries, including convict infested Aussieland, former slave colony Brazil, bapok Frenchie and the Not So Great Ingleland.
Separately, Arse-centre also surveyed peasants on their satisfaction with public services of their regimes.
The poll of 5,000 people, conducted across the same 10 countries, showed that 56% of pro-PAP regime peasants respondents are satisfied with the services they receive, thanks to poll rigging.
It is the highest satisfaction rate of the 10 countries surveyed given that Infernal Security Dogs make it a point to clamp down on political dissent.
Pro-regime lackeys were the most confident (70 per cent) of all the survey's respondents that the regime will be able to deliver public services that meet people's needs and expectations over the next five years because of various tax, stamp, housing and other price hikes e.g. CoE.
When asked what they considered most important for the regime to focus on to improve public services in the future, some stupid peasant respondents ranked most highly "understand better the aspiration of local peasants instead of foreign leeches" (64 per cent), and "make sure services are more tailored to the regime supporters only" (38 per cent).
