Today was no different. I decided to head to East Coast Park. The time was 10.00 am and the venue was not far from Fort Road.

A yellow "G" plated (commercial) vehicle appeared from the side road (from the main expressway) and into the car-park.

It was driven by a local girl - short and tomboyish. Honestly no beauty at all.

A Caucasian was seated in the front seat. Both were scantily-dressed - she in two piece bikini and he only in his swimming trunks.

The side door opened and another Caucasian appeared - also dressed in swimming trunks.

The duo walked to the beach with the local dame between them.

Then it happened. One of them started to caress and kiss her on the lips, while the other started to rub his pubic region on her buttocks.

Close by were little children and their horrified parents. They watched the open-air amorous act.

I wondered whether this was Bondi or Patong Beach. No it was part of Marine Parade GRC, Singapore.

Questions:

Are people allowed to drive vehicles on public roads in such scanty attire?

Is conveying a passenger in a commercial vehicle allowed under the Road Traffic Act ot LTA Regulations?

Doesn't openly kissing and grazing of buttocks in a public area constitute an offence under our Penal Code.

What happens if the duo decided to engage in cunnilingus, sodomy and sexual penetration on her in a public place.?

You are right. Most people only knew about Bondi Beach. Few really knew that the real nude beach in OZ is actually the Samurai Beach.
