Let me see. I had 3 red blinks (-) which were given when I said the following:

1. Singaporeans need stronger laws. The guy remarked "agree" but gave me a red.
2. If Vincent Wijeysingha becomes the next SDP chief he would not be a strong one. Got a vulgarity for that.
3. SDP going back to old pattern. Another one with vulgarity.

My green blinks (+) were for:

1. Expressing conditional support for WP (2x).
2. Criticizing WP for not giving Chen Show Mao bigger roles.

I notice the contrast.

So tell me what you think of the quality of the people here before we start doing something.

Based on your strong inclinations for WP and bias towards SDP, I agreed on point 2 & 3 for stupidity, because at best you are predicting the future and hitting out at SDP without basis.

Once you started drawing the rules and regulations, it's going to end (up) in the dustbin. Just look at the power which is now in the hands of forummers. You can buy points and infraction power. This is like expanding the nuclear club. This forum is getting very dangerous and it can explode .Many forummers will be killed and some unfortunately will become casualties of war. Some have died and gotten killed in the cross-firings.Some were killed because they were wrongly identified as "enemies". Some got lynched to death because they expressed something that is not agreeable to a particular group which seem to control the trend here.

The whole playing field has changed. Now many forummers are holding power and infraction capabilities. Some already got (possessed) the nukes. If they don't like you and if they have a bad and wrong impression of you, you become an easy target.

Banning a forummer has become so easy now and so convenient. One button -(and) you are gone! All your arguments (go) into the incinerator including the poster (i do not know what this sentence means).You wrongly identify your target and he becomes a victim. (should be you 'identify wrongly') You offended one powerful godfather, you are dead. You offeneded one ring leader, you are marked for death.

Bias is different from inclination. I don't think I am bias. Bias requires someone to distort facts.

I am not predicting the future. I am stating my opinion. VW is a Mr Nice Guy and would not make a strong head chief. Go back and read the post again. I have applied the same principle to Yee Jen Jong of WP, another Mr Nice Guy.

If you read today's papers, SDP and the courts are reported hand-in-hand again. No basis?
