A man who spent six years behind bars, including two on death row, was packed off to jail on Thursday for taking drugs.

Ismil Kadar, 44, was given a new lease of life in July last year after the Court of Appeal cleared him of any offence.

He and his younger brother, Muhammad, now 37, were convicted in 2009 of murdering a 69-year-old housewife at her Boon Lay flat while robbing her on May 6, 2005.

During their appeal, the apex court threw out his brother's appeal against his murder conviction but cleared Ismil, whose charge by then had been reduced to one of robbery with hurt.

And if ppl here were to make comments that ppl of such race will be such, without change and new ones will be just start the same shit rolling in their own lives. Doesn't this indicate ONE thing very clearly?

So don't these and many repeated facts confirmed that this race is such..

Or would those who prefer to speak the truth get the sack, again?:D

This idiot did not appreciate the second opportunity given to him to change for the better..

I have no sympathy for these kind of incorrigible scum regardless of his race..

He should be sent to the death row again..

His Indian lawyer later became his employer. I recall this chap made many promises upon his release. One of them being his promise to take care of his mother.

Some do reform..but this...how to put it politically correct..."make promise, after promises" never keep.
