Same as the coLLection of papers & tin cans; this time is about the gathering of the remainders of the tobaccos inside each unconsumed fiLter tips.CoLLect & send them to a recycLing pLant where they can be regenerated into a 'No FriLLs' brand for the 'Lower caste' to have their daiLy fix..

if you've ever split open the filter from a ciggy, you'll see just how much filth is trapped in there, now think about the butt ends & you want to collect all that to make it into another ciggy? it'll be a super strong ciggy, why don't you recycle & make a roll up using it & let us know if you cough blood after a puff personally i wouldn't dare do it becos my dry sambal belachan throat already very jialat, smoke this confirm no voice!
