But always heard my wife talking about carat , clarity , cutting and colour when buying diamond . I guess men don't wear diamond unless u are into hip hop or geylang ah beng with Rolex king watch . Bro I don't even own any size of gold ring or gold chain .

The moment new diamonds walk out of shop price is halved already....of course there are exceptions to this for brands like Tiffany

That's right. Diamonds are like non-Rolex watches in pawn shops. Value drastically reduced.
