Some of these SOs actually work two 12-hour shifts.
After they finish the day shift at 7pm, they go to another site for the night shift.
So can't really blame them for napping at night.

Admin fee for the ID card is $20 paid to Union of Security Employees. First replacement is $40.
Not sure ultimately who keeps the money though.
