The rule is simple and straightforward.. ONE dog per unit....

Obviously the "straightforward rule" isn't enforced to cat owners who live in HDB flats! That rule states that cats are not allowed in HDB flats. It also led to quarrels among neighbours.

Moral of the story is simple - get to know your neighbours and be nice to them. They won't complain - AVA will close one eye for the sake of good neighbourly and harmonious community living.
