In Mudland,,I was told no one bothers about the National Day...no gahmen come and tell u must hang flag etc etc

In Western Australia, people who choose to hang the flag, hang it on their own accord,,gahmen also never tell them,,,,

In spore,,,which is like a fake commie cuntry,,,the gahmen tell u hang ah etc etc,,,and now kenna scolded for not hanging..what BS is this?
