A TWO-year-old boy had his penis cut off by a stranger while playing outside his house in Tianshu, in Gansu province in China.

His parents, insisting that the family had no enemies, believed the boy's missing part was used as an ingredient for men's sex medicine, reported China Press and Kwong Wah Yit Poh.

The boy is still in hospital.

The incident happened on July 6 when the boy was playing alone outside his house.
