There is a cycling track just a stone's throw away, why are the cyclist using the road for motorised vehicles?
Cheers!
Cheers!
Roads are for cyclists too. Only highways are banned for them.
Yes, But given today's congestion, I would cycle on the track. In the seventies, I cycled all over Singapore, but today, I wouldn't allow my kids to ride their cycles on the road - it is suicidal.
Cheers!
That is no excuse. They still have the right to roads. In fact less traffic would mean faster car speeds and may lead to fatal accidents.
Exercising a cyclist's right to inconvenient hundreds of drivers on the road is just bad Math.

Any driver will in theory inconvenient thousands of other drivers too. so you ban cars?
To be fair to the ang mo, I had bad experience with a guy driving Land Rover, I was turning right with my hand signal indicating right turn,
the bloody Land Rover driver blast his honk so loud I was annoyed, at the traffic junction I gave him a good scolding, I told him you own the road is it?
He said I was rude? you mean my right hand signal was rude? I didn't centre finger anyone? This driver think driving his new Land Rover worth $250K can go around killing ppl? I challenge him to come out of his car and tell me on the face! I wont dare! Coward motorist like him, if he's in JB he'll be beaten to pulp by the
general public for being a bully.
So dont just jump to conclusion that ang mo are bad cyclist, I am also a motorist and a cyclist. Today SG motorists are the worst driver around, they turn left or right infront of cyclist, they dont even bother to signal, as thou signal is out of order? And expect cyclist to read their mind telepathic??
The trouble with Ang Mo cyclists is that they have yet to adapt to Singapore Roads. Cycling on the main road went away in Singapore after 1970s.
Singapore drivers are not accustomed to primary and secondary position of a cyclist and have not been taught.
Then you have Ang Mo aresholes who insist on doubling up on a busy road or taking primary when there is no reason for it.
I like to know what happened areshole ang mo who his bike in front of a bus and inconveniced others.

According to a cyclist who witnessed the episode, the Ang Mo couple were not riding on a single file and the Ang Mo guy provoked the Volvo driver by showing him the 'up you' sign
when he horned at them to give way.
Fuck you lah, they got pay COE and insurance or not? :oIo:
Cyclist no need to pay road tax and insurance just as pedestrians don't need to pay road tax and insurance
Unlike cyclists, pedestrians do not take up one lane of the road. See? You are beginning to sound silly now?
Worst, pedestrian stop traffic dead from moving on and off while walking across roads.
