Buy a unit that comprise studio with 1BR + a separate suite which has its own mini kitchen.
They are trying to tell you 2 yuppie can buy a unit together and each carries on without interfering the other's life, or you could sublet part of the unit out without interferng with your own lifestyle.

Simply a ploy to make yuppies pay exhorbitant price for a pigeonhole in the sky which belongs to the bank.
