Of course there is no Chapter 11 in Singapore.
But you can do your own.
If you really owe alot of money, there really is no point in trying to repay and have debt collectors knocking on your doors with their T Shirts saying "Debt Collectors" to embarass you and your children.
Better file for bankruptcy before they change the Laws that say you cannot do so.
Believe there have been too many taking this route that they may fiddle with this Law.
So do so quickly for a peace of mind.
Important: This advise is only for those with no way out. For those that think they may have ways out. Think clearly. There may be none. Also, forget your pride and face value. At times like this, no one really cares. Those that look down on you, are not human beings.
Nothing like a clear peaceful mind to start all over again.
Believe some creditors have ask the OA not to allow voluntary personal bankruptcy filings. So be WARNED!
