i've seen many PRC traffic wardens too but i dont think they will be deployed near the mosques on Fridays otherwise bad things can happen.

Get prc dogs & bitches as meter maid all problems solved! If mats complain & make noise on friday, they will be swarmed by the dogs & bitches & these creatures are not halal, so muslims cannot touch!
