Salesmen @ Hour Glass, Cortina and Sincere are sidelining as 2nd hand watch salesmen. You should approach them. The prices they offer are much better than the 2nd hand shops.

Cash converters you will kena makan without bones left.
Pawn shops CMI.....except for one i find okay Tai San in Jln Besar (for those dodgy ones without papers or inside suspect or changed items before.

Peng Kwee also cannot sell or buy........good service and branded but premium not worth it

pawnshop auction all the good ones many will compete with you for it. Most likely the pawnshops themselves. back then still got bargain to be found........now too many go there cannot find value already.
