Actually, there is a likelihood that some of these scholars will want to stay as they have been recruited by the own home countries to spy on Singapore and use Singapore with their camouflaged identities to steal information and operate state sanctioned operations outside their own country to avoid detection. When they feel like it or they are compromised, they return home with a hero's welcome and reinstated citizenship. It is a win-win sponsored by Singapore government.

Our govt has spents billions of dollars to attract top talents and scholars from all over the world to study in Singapore on full scholarships schemes that also provide them with generous allowances. Many local University places are reserved for these high flyers. Yet all these money and effort is undone by poor, lazy and uneducated peasants who are jealous of these Foreign Scholars! The moronic peasants are not showing the proper respect peasants should accord to scholars since the beginning of time!

Singapore must do much much more to retain these Foreign scholars and make sure they make Singapore their home! The following measures must be implemented immediately! Rest assured that the Upper class and elites of Singapore (including me) will not be inconvenienced!

1) Just like University places, some seats on buses, MRTs, hawker centres, food courts and low class restautants like eg Swensens should be reserved for Foreign Scholars.

3) RC should do more to make the Foreign Scholars feel welcome by hosting more celebrations for them.

4) Certain facilities eg Basketball courts, soccer fields etc should be reserved for Foreign scholars only.

5) Although the Foreign Scholars are already guaranteed jobs when they graduate, there should be a generous bonus scheme if they stayed beyond the stipulated 3 years bond.

6) Foriegn Scholars should be given priority in getting HDB flats.

7) More leave should be accorded to Foreign Scholars since they do not skive off to play soldier every year unlike the troublesome Singaporean males!

Please feel free to add privileges that should be accorded to these Foreign Scholars so that they can contribute to Singapore's economy for many years to come
