There are some FTs who are getting out of hand...we should just spit at them when we see them on the streets!

Don't be stupid.
That will only get you into trouble with the law.
There are many legal ways of giving problems to foreigners who are rude and condescending or who behave badly in public. Just look out for those uncouth ones and make trouble for them, without breaking the law.
If u do it smartly, they may even thank you afterwards.
