I think a lot of people overlook the fact that there is a newly appointed GM who overlooks the running of the whole company.
Actually, this case is simply a case of sour grapes. Manager Ass who is one of the longest serving employer in the whole company felt unjustified to allow a young punk to manage what he himself perceived is the heartbeat of the company. Therefore, any small little thing he is able to dig out, he will complain to the CEO. But this time, he got it wrong. The decision to move the viewing of youtubes to recreation room was made by the GM and not manager R.
