Characters: Manager R, Manager Ass, General Manager, CEO.

Manager R: just promoted to be manager of popular department know as X
Manager Ass: manager of storeroom.
General Manager: just promoted and oversees the whole company. Can fire and hire.
CEO: 老江湖.

One day, the company issued a memo that reads, "no surfing of youtubes in department X. Any viewing of youtubes must be done in company's recreational room"
The memo was issued but not signed by anyone.

Managet Ass from storeroom department had always came to department X to watch youtubes instead of doing his work at his storeroom department. He was very upset and wrote to the CEO to complain about new manager R. The problem is, the memo was actually issued by the GM

Question: if you are manager ass, would you

1. Be a sneaky bastard like him and stab people from behind

2. Talk it out with Manager R first to see if it was his order before taking the next step

The company does not practice a firing process. Manager Ass had been a long serving member of the company and was hoping he could've take charge of a more active department.

i know. manager s is targetted for special treatment. not fair. if i'm ceo, i will comfort manager s by imposing same rule on all departments and going further in banning the watching of youtube on company internet resources. and teach the gm how to run a company.

Actually I have nothing against our local born Indians. In fact, the nicest gesture I ever seen from a fellow Singaporean is actually from a local Indian. I was eating dinner with wifey at a coffee shop late at 10pm. There was a old auntie sitting at a table folding toilet papers(assume to sell)
There was a local Indian guy sitting at the next table who ordered some food from the Zi Char stall and when the food was delivered to him, he asked the server to go and ask the old lady what she wanted to eat and he would pay. His kind gesture was rejected by the old lady. He then went to the drink stall and got a cup of hot milo for her.

Back to this company. You might have heard of this company. It's based in the US and it's quite well known. The name is Sunny Boyd Foundation.
