It's because sinkie club can't pay him well. When he was at the indo club coaching, they actually paid him quite well and they threw in a nice house for accommodation too.

... The Johor FA manager and technical adviser said: "I just came back from Johor yesterday. People ask me whether I am tired, but I'm actually enjoying it a lot."

A typical week sees the 49-year-old travel to and from Johor.

Fandi coaches the H-Two-O Ultimate Dream Team on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and he gives talks on Wednesdays as brand ambassador for the isotonic drink.

Over the weekends, Fandi also coaches at his own Fandi Ahmad Academy ...

No he is working in Malaysia as the Manager of FA Johor. This pic taken in a school where he gave a talk I think. Appears to me the Malaysians has a lot of respect for Fandi but apparently Sinkies do not.

Those farkers at FAS never truly appreciate local talents like Fandi but instead glorifies a dour boring negative coach FT coach like Raddy..They should have at least give him a Technical Director post.. Our football under Raddy is getting stagnant..
