There is no wrong for car to drive on the left lane ? Remember the theory test? Always keep left and right lane is for overtake only

This is a case of a very annoying cyclist. I cannot see what wrong the driver did. He safely passed the cyclist and moved to left lane.
Give the BMW driver a tiger….
Nothing wrong with what the BMW driver did, he simply overtook the cyclist safely and moving at a faster speed.

After overtaking cyclist, bmw had yo slow due to hump. Cyclist should already take this into account.

And he did not stay on the side of the road, but in the middle, making it hard for vehicles to get back in lane after overtaking.
The only likely infraction the driver of the BMW did was to cut in a bit too early after overtaking.
But then, motorists have been putting up with many more reckless acts of cyclists.
So why can't the cyclist give and take and let the matter pass?
Instead, he has to make this an issue.
