on first sight, it would seem like a father lecturing her naughty child.
if you don't hear properly, you would probably miss what she is screaming about.
If you want to help, the best thing to do is to observe and follow first, if sense something not right, call for help or step in to delay time.

For me personally, I will step in to help because I hope others would do the same if that kid is mine. I believe in karma.
