PLA says their communication technology using Quantum Physics had successfully developed Strategic Nuke Submarine to Command Room link from depth deeper than 400m under sea. Meaning, they can stay undetected and communication not lost. This advantage only available to PLA globally, and it is deeper and more advanced than US blue-green-laser submarine to satellite link.
Nuke subs can stay below surface for ultra long periods, because they don't need oxygen for engine at all. And their nuke power produce oxygen from electrolysis of water for crews to breath.
PLA says US & Japs & Ah Neh can throw away their anti-submarine aircraft fleet from now onwards. Forget about hunting PLA subs, because emerging to shallow water for purpose of communication is had been eliminated, and they will stay below detectable depths, because that was their final tactical limitation previously, now their new Quantum Science solution eliminated their final limitation.
