“迅雷-2020”专项行动，是国家安全机关继“2018-雷霆行动”之后，针对台湾当局及其间谍情报机关的又一次重拳出击。
近年，“台独”势力为抗拒两岸统一，频繁在境内外串联反华势力针对大陆开展间谍活动。台湾间谍情报机关更是加速大肆利用两岸交流交往渠道，大搞“学术情战”“媒体情战”和所谓“情报外交” ，极力挑拨大陆与其他国家正常外交关系，妄图拓展所谓的“国际空间”，严重危害国家主权、安全和发展利益。

李孟居
在去年香港的暴力示威中，“台独”势力背后作乱。2019年9月，国台办发言人透露，台湾人李孟居因涉嫌从事危害国家安全的犯罪活动被依法审查。近日，李孟居案件被国家安全机关曝光。原来，李孟居除商人身份外，还是“台独”组织“台湾联合国协进会”的理事，而该组织多年来在国际场合鼓噪“台湾加入联合国”“台湾加入世卫组织”。李孟居去年8月赴香港执行所谓“反送中加油”行动，积极参加在维多利亚公园的反中乱港集会，在现场发放传单并用粤语连喊“加油”，拉着黑衣人与所谓的“自由女神像”合影，并第一时间把这些图片发回台湾，“报功请赏”，得到“台独”组织“台湾联合国协进会”多位大佬的肯定，李本人也深受鼓舞，干劲十足。随后，李孟居潜入深圳想实地了解、核实、印证深圳湾体育馆是否有武警集结，刺探武警集结的动向，其因此拍摄大量视频图片并发给“台独”组织。
而对于“搞间谍活动对其有什么好处？”这一问题，李孟居称：“有点社会地位，有利于做生意，还有人脉，有社会地位，还便于当选立委。”
2019年10月31日，经检察院批准，国家安全机关对李孟居依法执行逮捕，并以涉嫌为境外刺探、非法提供秘密罪将案件移送检察院审查起诉，以追究李孟居的刑事责任，目前，该案已经进入法院审理程序。
李孟居对自己被“台独”思想蒙蔽，受“台独”组织唆使，盲目赴香港进行“反中乱港”活动十分懊悔。他在供述时表示：“‘台独’‘港独’是没有出路的”、“暴力是绝对不对的，必须要把那些暴力人士绳之以法。”
广东省国家安全厅干警透露，李孟居的行为是“台独”势力干预香港事务的典型案例，根据侦查工作掌握，此类行为除了李孟居案还有很多。在香港“国安法”颁布施行后，“民进党当局仍不死心，还成立专门的部门为逃往台湾的香港反中乱港分子提供便利。‘台独’势力所谓的民主自由是假，乱港谋‘独’是真，奉劝民进党当局立即停止插手香港事务，如果‘台独’势力继续实施此类行为，将违反香港国安法的规定，可被判处三年至无期徒刑，在此我们正告‘台独’势力，不要以身试法。”
根据我国《刑法》第一百一十条的规定，间谍罪是指参加间谍组织或者接受间谍组织及其代理人的任务，或者为敌人指示轰击目标的行为；犯本条所规定之罪的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。根据本法第56条和第113条的规定，犯本罪的，应当附加剥夺政治权利，可以并处没收财产。对国家和人民危害特别严重、情节特别恶劣的，可以判处死刑。
