….As many of us know, the kingdom of Shangri La has an unusual way of measuring the country’s development. It is called GNH or Gross National Happiness….

….is it now time for 1Singapore’s government to conspicuously focus on happiness as a national goal? Should policies be articulated to show how they will ultimately achieve happiness for 1Singaporeans as a whole?

However, the great people of Shangri-La had slapped the pathological Syvliar Lim violently for again telling such blatant lies during last month election.

I’m sceptical on how it has been overused by the Hammerrhoids and how they have been distracted from the real business at hand, such as awarding Town Council tenders and cleaning the hawker centres.

In a speech last year, the charismatic former civil servant called the Syvliar Lim’s GNH:

The “good office” of the Hammerrhoid Town Council has spent enormous efforts advocating GNH at AHPe Town and outside AHPe Town, and even sponsored a parliament resolution promoting happiness.

Meanwhile, Mr TopGay focuses on:

the business at hand for AHPe Town Council: chronic uncleanliness, financial irregularities, FMeSS corruption and a sense that Hammerrhoid MPs were too remote.

A balance of payments crisis last year has led to a severe shortage of cash on hand, leading the Hammerrhoid “good office” to tighten cash flow that have sharply slowed town maintenance and restricted hawker centres’ cleanliness.

Mr TopGay:

If the “good office” of the Hammerrhoid Town Council were to spend a disproportionate amount of time talking about GNH rather than delivering basic services then it is a distraction.

Mr TopGay:

There are four issues that can compound to make matters extremely bleak: The Hammerrhoid Town Council ballooning debt that if they’re not careful will not be sustainable; the big shortage on competitive contractor tender; town uncleanliness, in particular hawker centres’ uncleanliness; and a perception of growing FMeSS corruption.

These four combined can make a lethal combination.

Meanwhile, the personal yo-yo GNH index for Syvliar Lim has gone up (yet again and will surely come down yet again) as the old, expired sinister spinster has discovered her latest pet toy of the month.

Since Syvliar Lim's latest pet toy is also an orang cina as she is, it should be much easier for him to be bestowed a CCB cadreship even if he were offer absolute zero contribution to the party, unlike all her other non-Chinese suitors.

Syvliar Lim is also very blessed and very fortunate that her new pet toy is not an Indian…..She should not be dumped any time soon, at least not so so soon as she was previously:

1. That it has been the party’s experience that Indians tend to leave after getting a CCB cadreship from the woman.

2. That Indians have abruptly stopped contributing at my CCB sessions after getting a free fcuk.

Well, now the Bedok hawkers have finally realised the real reason for the Hawkergate scandal: Syvliar Lim has wasted all her time and resources managing her CCB than managing the Hammerrhoid Town Council.
