NEA’S ADVISORY CONFIRMS AHPE TC POSITION ON HAWKER CENTRE CLEANING
http://www.ahpetc.sg/media-release-1-june-2013/

AHPE TC is mindful of its responsibilities for the maintenance and cleanliness of common properties, including HDB-owned markets and hawker centres to safeguard public hygiene and safety. We will use our best endeavors to work with all stakeholders to bring any outstanding issues to an amicable resolution.

If these damn bloody stinking Hammerrhoids are so damn bloody stinking ‘mindful of its responsibilities to safeguard public hygiene and safety’, then why the hell are they doing this:

NEA says more hawkers raise concern over AHPETC's spring cleaning exercise
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/nea-says-more-hawkers-raise-concern-over/695638.html

"For the spring cleaning at Block 209 Kovan starting 3 June 2013, we have been informed by the contractors that they will not be putting up scaffoldings but will instead be using long poles to clean the ceiling," said NEA.

It is very unhygienic for the these damn bloody stinking Hammerrhoids to clean the ceiling using long poles without putting up any scaffolding. Dirt, dusts, insects, animals’ droppings, etc will all fall into the hawkers’ stalls and ultimately end up inside the food for the patrons.

Indeed, the Hammerrhoids are damn bloody irresponsible and damn stinking despicable to totally disregard their ‘responsibilities for the maintenance and cleanliness of common properties, including HDB-owned markets and hawker centres to safeguard public hygiene and safety.’

Worse, these bunch of money-minded blood-sucking Hammerrhoids are doing all this nonsense just for the sake of desperate cost cutting and relentless filthy profiteering at the very expense of public health and human safety.

hahaha...u another kukubird..
the scaffolds are erected to alllow cleaners to reach the high areas....
poles are alternate ways of reaching the high areas but will definitely be less effective...
whether cleaning with scaffolds or poles, the hawkers have to cover up their stalls with canvas...
don't bark the wrong trees.

Which is more unhygienic:

Using long poles to clean the ceiling where the dirt are more difficult to clean which can then be dropped and unhygienically blown all over the place? Or erecting scaffold where the dirt can be more easily cleaned and more hygienically removed?

whether u clean with poles or scaffolds, hawkers have to cover their stalls with canvas...period.
of course cleaning with scaffolds is more thorough and effective but there is trade off in costs and time....

Cleaning with poles is not thorough and ineffective while more dirt would still be remaining on the ceiling and blown to the stalls and food after the cleaning and after the removal of the canvas.

If cleaning with poles is not thorough and ineffective, then why bother wasting time and money to clean in the first place?
