WP banned Garang Guni from horning, how to do business like that?

WP did the right thing to protect their constituents from repeated noise pollution
and disturbance from these garang kunis.
Many of you have heard about the use of "kwee kia" as a means to get one's desire.
Some businesses uses "kwee kia" to prosper, and the same applies to garang guni
trade.
The use of the hand horn as an instrument of the "kwee kias" is a rampant practice.
In a ritual of the "kwee kias" the horn is presented a toy for them to play.
The sound of the horn invoke these "kwee kias" to cause or create chaos, nuisance, etc...
Most common are home appliances not functioning for not reason.. sometime even new ones... so have to dispose to garang guni
These "kwee kias" can cause havoc to a peaceful neighbourhood if these garang guni's hand horns are allowed to made their rounds
in the neighbourhood whilst invoking the "kwee kias".
if you don't believe, just listen to hand horns from these garang guni for a while
and then observe yourself... how you feel, how you think, check you appliances..
