Worker’s Party’s Upgrading works at hdb flats in the middle of pandemic with communal portable toilet and bathroom

Just been informed that there will be upgrading renovation works due in August at low rent hdb flats in the East which houses many of our elderly folks. There will be communal portable toilets/bathrooms for all residents to share in harmony their joys, germs n viruses during this covid era. Bear in mind that apart from our vulnerable elderly folks, families staying in this kind of neighborhood usually are of lower education and oblivious about virus transmissions, etc. I foresee that a spike in covid cases after this will be inevitable.
These hdb flats fall under Worker’s Party constituency.

Yes, sumthing like that I think. Would PAP make decisions like this? In the middle of the pandemic. This demonstrates a lack of wisdom/care by Worker’s Party. Citizens’ health and well-being should be more important than keeping their excess supply of foreign workers busy. The hdb flats are still intact and solid, there is no real urgency for upgrading whilst risking peoples’ health in sharing communal toilets/bathrooms in the middle of a pandemic. Sum more a lot of the occupants are older folks and underprivileged family with many children. This can potentially turn into a health disaster.
