A woman was charged with 12 counts of abusing her Indonesian maid over a nine-month period in 2010.
Chan Huey Fern, 31, allegedly used objects such as a foldable chair and an umbrella to hit Ms Juwarti at her home in Buangkok Link.
Apart from allegedly pushing, punching and kicking her, she is also said to have pushed the maid's forehead causing it to hit against the wall used her leg to stamp on her chest and caned her on the legs.
