already invaded by illegals from mexico and latin america, and frauds and phonies from india, china and the Philippines. the new wave is a bunch of wealthy tiongs buying up properties with cash and couples spending upwards of usd30k for a few months to give birth to babies. pregnant tiongs actually show up 8 months pregnant to stay around 2 months for childbirth. the obgyn business and hospitals catering to preggy tiongs are doing exceptionally well. running out of obgyn doctors and room, and prices continue to climb.
