Why the ang mohs always held high position in most big companies and firms?

Just my personal experience with these ang mohs.
I feel so disgusted when talking to those ang mohs, they are so arrogant and stuck up, never accept others (especially from we Asians) compliments and comments. Furthermore they held managers and senior management positions in the organization.
I am so sick of talking to them as they love to give sarcastic replies and rude remarks. I am just wondering someone holding managerial or even senior titles can talk so rude and cannot take others comments, wth man. Is this the upbringing problems or is this due to the fact they are ang mohs? Why most big organizations and firms sure have a few top management people are ang mohs? Zzzzzzz..

The leading positions in MNCs here tend to be held by ang mors because MNCs are usually western companies. So they'll send their staff from the HQ to gain 'experience' here.

The alternative is to join an asian or sinkee company. Given our knowledge of how they operate, I wonder if it's a wise choice. I've had very bad experiences with asian-led firms.

I have gave some thoughts to this question as well some moon ago and came to a conclusion. Asians esp the chinese suffer from a certain form of indivdual identify problem as a culture by itself.

Resulting in low self-esteem and the need to "sa kar" those in position of higher power. This might due to the fact that life in olden day china is really tough since resources are limited.

As such, there is always a lot of infighting among the chinese, always trying to outdo each other by relationship with power holder, wits, force. you get the idea.

There was once a Japanese that mention this in my face. A chinese company with only 1 person will always win a japanese company with 1 person. if there is 2 chinese in the company then it is a 50 50 when vs a 2 man show jap company. but for a 3 man show and above company, the jap will definitely pawn the chinese deep deep.
