it is clear as daylight pappy dont need a huge rally crowd to win.
just walk anywhere in sg, you will see pappy grassroots corners, rc, papcf, papkindergarten, ntuc, cc, pa, just to name a few, in every corner.
pappy is just too smart to lay these foundation firmly over the years to their advantage. unless opp can do likewise, otherwise it is hard to beat them. their grassroots support is too strong
