looks great, but the #1 downfall of Malaysian projects is poor maintenance and upkeep. Will this escape that trap? I doubt it...

he have it as a convenience stay over when he or his family members is there for weekends
before covid-19 he invited me there to stay over a weekend....really nice place.

but as usual like any condo, the built is shady....the air-con leak, the ceiling crack....
although now the MCST did repair as and when he complain, I wonder what happen after the warranty is over by the developer.....unless malaysia's developer provide repair service as long as you are there ?

Just pay rental and let the landlord take care of all the faults which comes with bad workmenship

Certain parts of JB are more ghetto than others, but overall there is a process of gentrification.

An example of a 'ghetto' neighbourhood is the Plaza Sentosa mall and the area around it. It's hard to describe... you need to see and experience for yourself. :biggrin:
