STOMPer Patsy was enraged to see that the carpark at Teck Whye Avenue Block 1 was yet again littered indiscriminately with plastic bags and rubbish this morning, Jan 17.
According to her, this inconsiderate act has been happening very often.
She wrote:
"This littering is daily affair.
"It was highlighted before to HDB and town council but still not a single dustbin at the carpark."
