When buying a condominium unit, is it better to buy a big development type ( 300 units above) or a small development type (less than 100)?

Typical pathetic loser sinkie questions:

Should I buy BTO or EC or condo?
Should I take public or buy car?
Should I buy Kia, Hyundai or Toyota?
Should I buy BMW or Merc or Porsche?
Should I marry now or later?
Should I have kids or not?
Is this school good?

And the list goes on....

I like smaller developments since they are more cozy.

Big condos can be overcrowded but monthly conservative charges are lower
