sinkie half boiled eggs are very runny with some parts of egg white still raw. poached eggs are cooked on the egg white enwrapping the yolk which is still runny. you’re not supposed to see the yolk with poached eggs. in sinkie half boiled eggs you are supposed to see the yolk thru’ the translucent layer of egg white.
