Archaeologists have found a tomb complex dating back to the Western Zhou Dynasty, some three
thousand years ago. The tombs are located in Baoji City in Northwest China’s Shaanxi Province.
The unearthed objects include more than 20 bronze lacquer wares and weapons. Most of them are well
preserved and quite delicate, which could be used as precious materials for research.
Archaeologists predicted that the tombs may belong to nobles. It is one of the most important discoveries
in China in the latest 30 years.
