It doesn't matter ...look at the facts and timeline before spewing your conclusion. AIM told the PAP Times it was considering to participate. Now, the conflict of interest was obvious to everyone ...yet AIM had the audacity to announce their intention. This conflict of interest was not mentioned on the PAP Times but received much discussion and criticism on this forum. Tell me that the PAP doesn't look at this forum?

Agree and I wonder how many more $2 companies that PAP has ....we need an expose on AIM.

I am curious about the monthly 'management fee' AIM charged the town councils. What kind of work that AIM do to justify that substantial monthly fee?

I am more interested to know te findings of the creview committee, AND how many such $2 company does PAP owns and infiltrated the economy.

I think it is a given that AIM cannot be awarded the new contract without exposing more worms, hence the best way out for them is to give some bullshit about not bidding for it.

This AIM may jolly well be just one worm that was caught while it tries to sabo WP. How many such worms are hee in PAP's can? This question everyone wants to know.
