Another useless ministar ...what has he accomplished? Nothing that benefits sinkees. He coined the word 'Ponding' to replace floods. He set the sinkapore standard for overspending on an event. He allowed rats infestation to go unchecked for months because he was so busy trying to fix the Opposition. He made no progress on the haze file. As for water, he has no clue as to what is going on.
