The victim's eyes are strapped in a power vacuum machine that will suck out both eyeballs from their sockets when time limit of 60 seconds run out while their right hand's fingers are strapped in wire contraption. In order to get free, the victim must turn the dial on their left hand which indicate the number of fingers the wire contraption will break. Once five fingers of their right hand are broken, the victim will be set free.
