There are rules in war. No civilian targets. Anyway, once ground hardens, Russia will start to advaNce. Problem is, the leaders of the west won't stop this war and continue to deliver weapons, money and volunteers to Ukraine.
So looks like Kiev will have to be taken. It was not part of the original plan. But leaving kiev under Ukraine c9ntrol means war cannot be stopped.
