Those who came over to Singapore are the less successful Chinese in Malaysia. They are more likely the ones who throw little or put tissue on your wet market table to chope seats. Local-born Singaporeans don't really do that these days. They are the ones who are loud and cocky when they do shopping Malaysia because of their fluency in Malay Language. Local-born Singaporeans will usually stay-low when travelling.They chose a wrong place to stay, earn money and they will regret later
The richer Malaysian Chinese are closely aligned with China. These Malaysian-Chinese businessmen exploit the locals and nations resources, bribe the royalties and politicians. I had experienced them humiliating and insulting the poorer bumis at workplace. These folks will enjoy their stay in Malaysia and hide their money in Singapore and SGD. Some even go hunting for tigers and wild boars with shotguns in Pahang.
