she can be charged for compromising aviation safety rules. fire hazard, air circulation hazard, emergency procedure issues, disobeying flight crew instructions, nuisance to other passengers, covering up screens on passenger seats behind her, etc. may as well buy a business class seat and enjoy the flight without drama.
