No sane Human wants war, least of all tyrants & dictators whom WOULD use war to threaten others instead, to intimidate foolish naive liberals like Neville Chamberlian types to crawl & beg that their lives would be spared.
Military exercises are normal. Even RUS does such. So only RUS and dictators can conduct frightening military exercises while others are NOT ALLOWED to do so? Who gave dictators & tyrants such rights in our SHARED existence on Earth?
The irony of PEACE is that it must be DEFENDED by arms & sacrifices. Tyrants & dictators TOO desires peace, but only on their terms - Humanity to live on knees to them.
