Obviously that was during the time when thaksin was still the pm
it was after she was deposed as pm and had to face the junta-controlled court over the votes-for-rice scandal and fiasco (rice pledging scheme as it is known). a constitutional court removed her from her premiership based on charges of abuse of power.
