The Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) arrested three suspected Malaysian drug couriers within half an hour on Saturday morning, seizing about 1.5kg of heroin and about 325g of Ice worth about $210,500.

The first courier, a 21-year-old, was stopped by officers from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) at Woodlands Checkpoint at about 3.55am. CNB officers found 250g of heroin in a bundle from his underwear.

Then at about 4.15am, CNB officers arrested a 22-year-old Malaysian courier. Three bundles, containing about 505g of heroin and 325g of Ice, found in the front area beneath the headlight of his motorcycle.

Five minutes later, the drug haul rounded up with the arrest of a third Malaysian courier, 19. ICA officers recovered 750g of heroin in three bundles in the left side of his motorcycle.

Moral of the story - not mean the one in front got caught, the one behind is safe. Also not means try at the wee hours of the morning got better chance of making it through.

3 got caught one after another at 3.55, 4.15 and 4.20 am. CNB officer very wide alert. Maybe it is their dogs that are wide alert.
