Not PAP's, not SDP's, not SPP's, not NSPs not WP's (dead site) but Malaysia DAP website.

look at the layout, the party policies. Nothing as childish as greying out comments, thumbs up or thumbs down

http://dapmalaysia.org/newenglish/

Or if you prefer a Western party's website

http://www.libdems.org.uk/home

Again, look at the structure even comments on international trade talks (none of our opposition party have commented on that)

Is the DAP an offshoot of PAP:

1) They wear white
2) Their logo is strikingly familiar to that of PAP, even the colour scheme chosen

Yeah, DAP is an offshoot of the PAP. Until 1965, it was know as PAP in Malaysia, a race based party depending on Chinese support. Lim Kit Siang who had worked in Singapore was sent with a blessing to Malaysia by Lee Kuan Yew.

For years, DAP tried to unseat Gerakan, another Chinese-based party from power in Penang. It's only now with the help of Pakatan Lim Guan Eng has been able to become Penang Chief Minister.

In this case would the DAP still be receiving any funding from PAP due to past affiliation or royalty fee?

That you've to ask the DAP that underwent name change only after 1965 because of statutory requirement. But one thing for sure, Lim Kit Siang and a few others still idolise Lee Kuan Yew and his policies.

You are missing the point these websites are what a party website should be not one that airs dirty linen and does not accept the remarks of others.

DAP is trying very hard to emulate what PAP is doing here at Penang.
MM Lee sures will have some feeling for DAP,afterall he is also one of the founder member.
