Gambling in gambling.

All regular casino goers must never be employed. Especially those paying $2k to save on the entry levy,

These people are hard core gamblers and no hopers.

I hope the goverment keep track on civil servants going to casinos. Once they become regulars, please sack them!


LHL is good in telling sgporeans to go only once for curiosity sake ( even that is an excuse). More than that must be sack!

gambling should be banned in the world. It is equal to drugs smuggling and consumption. Dont understand why drug trafficking can get death sentence, while gambling is encouraged as entertainment with responsible gambling. Then there should also be responsible drug takings, cos it will bring temporary entertainment to oneself and wont kill one immediate if one is a responsible drug consummer. The Law needs to be rewritten.

There is no such thing called recreational gambling

There is. "Healthy" majong for example. 卫生麻将。Past-time but with monetary stakes to make the game more meaningful and interesting, without bankrupting anyone or driving anyone to loanshark or suicide. Sports betting between friends for drinks or other treats are also recreational gambling. However, going to a casino for recreation, one must be insane or self-deluded. That's a place for addicts and professionals, not recreation seekers. The same goes for buying lottery, the purpose is one and only, to win, not for recreation or past-time or make some spectator sports more enjoyable.
