actucally ...the check-in bagage theft is happening in changi airport singapore as a " 1st world " country how come never prevent those theft like those 3rd world ?

With the PAP importing so many foreigners from the 3rd world, it's not surprising that we've lost whatever standard we might have had. Except of course for the bestest paid gov't in the world
